the following terms are for commissioning original digital artwork from kenzie of everything.
if you are to commission me or pay me for any artwork whatsoever, it will be fully assumed that you have fully read and agree to my terms of service.
any statement may be bound to change at any time, including if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

before commissioning me;
i expect a possible client to be respectful throughout the entire process if i accept the offer. i have the right to deny or cancel your commission if you begin to stop showing me respect, treating me rudely, or crossing any boundaries i set between us.
in regards to payment;
you, the client, have the right to either, one; pay fully upfront, or two; pay half in the beginning, and half after the lines are finished, (this still applies even if your commission will be shaded or given extra care!) you will not pay me once the commission is finished, it will be before and/or while in the process of it. if you refuse to pay the rest of the money when lines are finished, i will not be working on your commission any further until you do.
declining work;
i have the right to cancel a commission and refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service during the process of your commission being made. however, you cannot demand a refund after my work is finished.
i have the right to deny a commission offer if the offer makes me uncomfortable or violates my terms of service.
permitted use/commercial use;
i do not accept nor allow my artwork and/or commissions to be used as NFTs or for my art to be sold by the client in any regard without full consent and permission beforehand.
if you, the client, wish to sell my art in any regard (such as putting my art on merchandise), you should expect and be willing to pay an extra fee, as well as show proof of being a legal adult (over 18, typically via your driver's license).
you should also expect me to possibly decline your offer to sell my work, as i am still very unsure about the entire process in this regard.
pushing and trying to convince me that i should allow you to sell it is not within your right as it is my work and i will decline the commission if you continue to push.
proof of work/in regards to work time;
you, the client, do not have the right to rush me, i will give updates when asked or if i feel i've made enough progress to give an update. i have my own life outside of my artwork, i deserve to have breaks to destress, i have the right to do your commission at my own pace.
however, you do have the right to gently remind me or ask if you believe i might have forgotten about your commission. in which, if i do or if i have, i apologize severely-
you have the right to ask at any point during the commissioning process for updates or screenshots of progress.
during these points, you may give suggestions on things i should change.
artistic release;
to the best of my ability with my current skills with art and artistic styling, i will do all i can to incorporate suggestions or requests made by the client during the commissioning progress.
whenever you commission me, i am under the impression that you have at least looked over my art vaguely and understand how i draw and how i might stylize what you pay me to make for you. i cannot alter my style very easily, and if your suggestions or requests are outside of something i know i can do, it may not turn out how you'd like it to. my service may not always include strict adherence to all that the client may suggest or request me to do.
being dissatisfied with my style or my current artistic abilities is not a valid reason for you to wish for a refund or threaten the termination of the transaction.
